According to the heterogeneity of tumors, tumor growth pattern will be divided into primary and secondary in two ways.

Score of 2 to 4 shows well-differentiated tumor, malignant degree of lower

score of 5 ~ 6 shows the degree of tumor differentiation medium moderate malignant tumors,

score 7 ~ 10shows poor tumor differentiation, tumor malignant high.

It should be clear that the prognosis of cancer patients is mainly related to tumor staging and treatment sooner or later.

In relation to tumor stage, the tumor malignant degree of the impact on the prognosis of multiple is smaller. For the differentiation in general the higher the better for the patient’s prognosis. Gleason score of the subjective factors, relatively large, different ratings is given by the pathologist ,so there may be much different.
