Probably. There is a risk of impotence when doing surgery on the prostate etc, but a good chance that plumbing will still work as advertised.

I had prostate cancer but I had radioactive seed implants.

I’ve had no side effects and still have sex. I’m 62.

I would check into the seeds before surgery.
