My father is due to have this treatment and was told that his pet cat cannot sit on his lap due to risk of radioactivity from the seed implants. Has anyone had this problem? My mother died 8 months ago…

the cost of the treatment itself.
and is it really a recommended option for those who was diagnosed with that cancer?

if not what are the other best solution for a person to recover.
